I applied online. I interviewed at Multi Media in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process took 3-4 weeks. During the first round, I had a call with HR where I learned more about the company, the role, and the company culture. They asked questions about my professional experience and some behavioral questions. The second round was a call with one of the QA managers, which included a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The third round was a technical interview meeting with a QA manager, and the final round included a mix of behavioral and technical questions with both a team member and QA manager. I was really impressed by how quickly the recruiter provided updates and how friendly everyone was during the entire process.

It was only a phone screening with HR and basic questions. We didn't move to any other phase. The process was short.
I don't know, based on what they make the triage, but that questions don't have too much value.
Although, they have a technical assessment I don't understand why is the phone call first. HR are not technical in general.
Send the assessment first, and then have a technical interview.
0 hiring skills in my opinion based on the asked questions. Questions from a 50 years old book...
The recruiter had the questions written down somewhere.
