Multimedia AdvanEdge interview questions

Got the call from a lady named Mia, said they received my application via Zip Recruiter. She was very energetic sounding and ask a few questions, said I met the qualifications they were looking for. Said they would like to interview me for a management trainee position since I have the experience. Great! I set up an interview for the next day. Had all the nerves that go along with having an interview, made myself business professional (as they requested), drove 25 minutes in crazy El Paso Texas traffic. Get to the office, fill out a generic application and handed the receptionist my resume. LaRon Bradly, owner/hiring manager came out and got me. Went into his office. He asked maybe a couple questions about myself. Then he went in about the position. LaRon told me it’s an entry level position setting up a booth within a retail store promoting/selling Dish network or was it Direct TV, doesn’t matter, same to me! You know, the booths you ignore when you’re at Walmart going down an isle?! I seriously thought the job was in an office with a marketing firm. That is how they get you! LaRon said everyone starts at entry level promoting/selling and then work your way up to a territory manager. I did not take the job as it was degrading to me. I have so much more experience and education than that! If you are a young 20 something, this maybe the right fit for you. If not, definitely do not waste your time! I wanted to give this review just because when I was researching this company i could not find any info. Hopefully this will help other out there.
