Question 1
Experience, sales velocity and deal value, markets covered and general sales process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Multiplier (Barcelona) in May 2025
Interview
I made it to the 3rd round in the process and the person interviewing me stated they would leave notes for the TA who would get back to me soon. I never heard from them. After three weeks I had to message two different TAs involved in the process. Via a LinkedIn message, I was told they had moved on with someone else who had more experience. This was accurate as I did not have any related to the role for EOR Onboarding. What I can't understand is how someone would get to the 3rd round (or any round) without proper correspondence indicating you would not be hired and the feedback.
Had an amazing interview experience—smooth process, thoughtful questions, and great conversations. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it through this time, but I’ve learned a lot and remain motivated. They focused more on my projects and how much impact does that project create in real life
