I applied online and the interview process two weeks. 1. The first interview was technical with two of their ML Engineers and some very basic questions were asked from the CV. 2. After the first interview, a take-home task was assigned which was supposed to complete within 48 hours. 3. I completed and submitted the assignment but I didn't hear anything from them. After sending a few emails, their HR emailed me that their technical team thinks of me as not a good fit for this role. I think there should be a meeting/interview where I could discuss the solution that I implemented and what were the assumptions that I took to solve the problem but they didn't even care to give me the feedback on the assignment. Overall, I will consider this as a neural experience.

In my case I had two interviews, one with a talent acquisition talent, and later with a manager. In the first case was a personal interview and the other one was a technical interview. Later I had a call with HR to explain me the next steps when I accepted the job, everything so nice
