Interview
The interview process went very smooth which included 3 stages:
- 1st HR Interview about background and profile.
- 2nd technical assessment: the test includes 3 different levels of difficulties.
- Final technical interview with Hiring manager, and two senior ML scientist.

The questions differ from one position to another depending on the job needs, this is a general idea about what I got asked about:
- Questions about LLM, Model compression techniques.
- Behavioral questions: Work within the team, structure of work..
- Questions about the background.

- A pre-screening interview
- An automatic programming exercise - Basic Python programming skills, machine learning programming in popular scientific libraries
- A technical interview - Questions about machine learning, including ML engineering
