My Day Counts interview questions

I met the manager at a restaurant because they were afraid to be interviewing people at the office. The interview was more about how the manager felt about the company and things that needed to be done or fixed. I did a lot of listening and shared only a little about my background working in healthcare. My resume was taken as a hard copy and there was no way to apply online. I was offered the job over the lunch and officially with a letter the next day. The process did not feel official.
