In interview process is straight forward, after a short eligibility check they ask you three question you answer online. The question centred around why you want to tutor and a practical demonstration of your tutoring. They reviewed and reply very quickly.

Very quick and easy. The interviewer introduced herself, made me feel very welcome and relaxed. We then spoke about how to use the online tools and give me an opportunity to try. I then went through my question and answer, she asked me a couple of questions. Finally, we discussed the company itself.

Interview
The first step is to submit an online application.
Then you do a video interview with roughly 3/4 questions (takes around 15 mins). The video interview also has a portion where you have to verify your ID.

Interview process involves answering why you would like to become a tutor, and why you would be a good tutor, before delivering a short "lesson", pretending that you are describing a concept to a student.
