Interview
Had to answer a few situation questions and was followed by a few minutes of teaching a prepared question. Only took around 15 mins and interviewer was very friendly, although it took a while to get one.

What would you do if a student does not have their mic on?
Quite casual 10-20 minute interview. After every answer I was given instant feedback which made it feel much more casual. It was kind of a small training more than an interview. My advice is just relax and show them you actually care about the tutees.
