Interview
From my understanding, the treatment technique taught in training is basically a 20 minute massage before giving an adjustment and then they extensively bill the insurance companies. I went on 6 interviews with these guys (it took 6 weeks of my time) with no offer letter. They put me on a “we don’t have an opening right now, but we will link back up in 3 months” Because of my experience meeting the founder, Dr. Moss, I made the decision to start my own practice. He made me realize I never wanted to work for someone else again. This was my 6th interview, which was supposed to be a chat about where they were going to place me, but instead he interviewed me AGAIN. He was extremely narcissistic and rude and made assumptions about me before I even spoke. Honestly, everyone else I spoke to in the company was extremely pleasant and nice.
