Interview
Multi stage process with interviews from heads of different departments in order to check if there is a fit and if there could be a technical match as well. Some the steps can take place online, there is always the final interview at the office in order for the interviewee to also have an idea of what the office life might look like.
- HR screening: typical HR questions about what you know about the company, explaining what they do, telling about yourself, what is your motivation, what are your values
- technical interviews: questions about UI/UX, and then more algorithmic oriented questions
- last interview: usually to confirm that they are making an official offer

Interview
The overall interview process was nice. Everyone who took seemed friendly. You have to be motivated to be part of N Side. So cover letter plays a major role to get an interview. But the problem was they took more than 1 month and scheduled 6 -7 interviews.
