The company officials had come for the campus recruitment. The process started with PPT where they explained the business model of the company and their products. The PPT was followed by a single round of interview. All the candidates were asked to write one page about their product or the company and were asked to submit after two days. They revealed the results after a week with details about joining date and the salary structure. Now here comes the twist. The company had been already informed before the interview process that the students appearing for the interview have their internships going on and will not be able to join the organisation before April 2017. Even after knowing this the company purposely decided their joining dates to be a month before April, 2017 and didn't negotiate on the dates even after repeatedly informing them and giving details about the course calendar. Finally they stopped receiving the call and also replying to the mails.
