Good, not tough as easy. May be need to work on this. HR person are good. Interview is super. Can work there. Salary strucuture is low. Dont know about culture.

Took about 3 months but it was worth it. Can't wait to start. First, I applied online, then a week later took an online assessment. The assessment does not show you whether or not you passed/fail. It was 4 parts and involved puzzles and questionnaires. Pretty fun overall. 2 weeks later, I was informed through email that I had passed and needed to schedule phone screen. Phone screen was basic and no surprises. This is the time to ask questions, so I did. Still interested. Then a full month went by without hearing anything. I emailed the recruiter and was informed that the hiring manager was still scheduling face to face interviews. I was informed shortly thereafter that I was selected for face to face interview and I went. The another 2 weeks went by without a word. Then I was notified I was selected and I accepted.
