I went through two interviews back-to-back with one person being in talent acquisition and one holding a senior HR position. From my experience, it seemed that my interviewers had really taken time to review my resume and qualifications. The interview felt more like a conversation and was an enjoyable process overall!

Not so many rounds of the interview.
Time to respond from the recruiter was also fast.
