Interview
We started with some introductory questions. Talked about previous work experience, skills, etc. Then we talked a bit about some of the hardware equipment being utilized in the specific job environment.
Technical part consisted mainly of some scenarios, where we had a hypothetical call with customer, where monitor or modem was not working, and advising customer what steps to take to resolve the issue.

Customer called stating that he is unable to access internet, and he is getting 404 error on his browser
Interview was easy and quick. Mainly some low level Windows and networking questions. Recruiters were nice and professional, hiring manager was easygoing. The entire process was fast and I was kept up to date through it.
