DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY. I interviewed for the ops manager role, and it was fairly standard at first taking a ‘personality and leadership quiz’ and then moved to a intake interview with TA and a interview with a sales person who runs the province. To run operations through a sales person is an extremely bad idea. Then moved to an HR person who tried to get a formal ‘assessment’ done of the operation and presented confirming my thoughts they were abusing the process to try and get work done for free.
