Recruiter initially reached out to schedule interviews. After scheduling, I had three interviews. One with a director, and two with managers. They asked typical behavioral questions, along with a few technical (statistics) questions.

Interview
Went took me into the office and was there for three hours with three separate interviews - being a Director of Client Consulting, Director is Data and Analytics, and the COO. Very conversational, but duh deep on analytical skills in excel and other data systems. Cultural fit is key for them.

Interview
I went through a series of 6 different phone interviews. The first one was with HR who asked simple questions about my resume. The next four phone interviews were with directors and managers who asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions. My last interview with the Chief Officer was short and not as intimidating as I initially thought.
