It depends on projects requirements,
It was easy because they have urgent for their project.project was in worst case and able to handled by their project manager and team leader.
Worst experience in NEC technologies
Interview process include aptitude, Group descision, Technical and HR round. All are properly organised easy to mediums level questions in technical round . Communication should be good to clear interview.
There was a prescreening of my resume by the recruitment company. But, during the actual interview, No questions were asked. Was a complete farce. Seems the difficulty is not many people survive the job, so the interview process is made very simple. No written test.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NEC Corporation (Singapore) in Jul 2025
Interview
My resume clearly states my experience level, yet they invited me to the interview just to have an arrogant interviewer belittle my background from another industry. If you weren’t serious about my profile, don’t bother calling — so disrespectful and unprofessional. No wonder there's unpleasant comment on Glassdoor — you can feel how toxic the culture is, even through the interview. Zero EQ :(
