On-line application asks salary requirement, authorized to work in US, require sponsorship, start date, and if 18 years/older. Additional questions included: why interested in position, DEI experience, preferred name, pronouns and preferred name Required to upload resume. Can also add cover letter. Selected for interview and given timeline of expectations of process. Panel interview with HR and program staff.

Initial phone interview; in-person interview with Health and Wellness Program Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration. The interview felt welcoming and fair. The questions asked were appropriate for the position and the interviewers were professional and friendly.
