I interviewed at NEI Electric Power Engineering (Lakewood, CO)
Interview
My interview was very fluid and conversational, and questions were worked into teh interview in a very organic way. I enjoyed the interview process because it felt like everyone was getting to know each other, as opposed to the interviewers grilling me with one question after another.

Question 1
A question I always find difficult to answer is how I have reacted to a workplace conflict in the past. I have not experienced many of those, so sometimes I feel pressured to make something up (although I do not do this but instead give the most relevant example possible).
Fast and informative. Enjoyed the interview process. Had to connect with the recruiter and set things up. I was discovered on LinkedIn. It's been a rewarding experience to be discovered.
One initial phone screening about 30 minutes in length with a hiring manager who asked general questions relating to electrical engineering. The next and final interview was with the team lead of the department I was seeking employment, lasted about 45 minutes. The questions were a mix of technical and general.
