Interview process took 3 months. There are four stages in the interview process: initial call from recruiter, call from business manager, video interview with the client, final call from business manager. Noone from Neofacto really understands the role and the requirements. Moreover, they cannot contact the client during the interview in case of technical difficulties. There are long periods of waiting.  For relocation purposes no documents are asked to be prepared in advance, but when the client agrees to hire, people from Neofacto are surprised that no documents are ready. Proposed salary is way below medium salary.
