First round interview on campus, interviewer young and relatable, very nice. Interview structure is very conversational, they ask questions such as why NERA, what qualities would help you here, why consulting, and why should we hire you. No case interview on campus, this would come in second round interview. Notified about second round interview about 10 days after first round concludes.

First was behavioral with some basic economic questions, and talked about why economic consulting and why this firm in particular.
Second round was more case heavy with behavioral sprinkled in.

Process began with a phone screening, video interview, and a site flyout. Site flyout involved 6 back-to-back interviews, followed by team lunch.
Received a verbal offer one week after final interview, but written contract kept being pushed back, and I was ghosted 6 weeks later without explanation.
