Question 1
Why did you apply for this Management Associate Programme?
I applied through college or university. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at NHG Health (Singapore) in Jun 2020
Interview
The entire process was extremely draggy, I first applied and completed the first round in Nov/Dec 2020. The case study was conducted in March, and we were told that the results of this round in March/April. HR called me of the results on a Sunday in June. The panel in the final round were quite rude, old-school in their thinking. Clearly inflexible in terms of their mindsets.
