NHS Education for Scotland interview questions

The interview process was very relaxed and it felt like the panel were genuinely interested and inquisitive as to why I was interested in the vacancy. The panel asked questions to assess my professional credibility but also asked questions aimed at finding out who I was as a person which was a real breathe of fresh air.
