Interview consisted of a panel of three members that each asked individual questions on problem solving, motivation, technical skills, scientific understanding, personal reflection and strengths and weaknesses and adaptation to new environments

Interview
Presentation for specific question they had set in the interview invite, followed by questions from three member panel. Face to Face interview, taking place in the clinical laboratory office. Followed by a chance to ask questions.
I cannot remember as I was nervous . It was online interview (Microsoft team meeting). Its was very intense interview and I did learn a lot about it. You need to be confident with answers. You need to shows you want the job because you enjoy working in the lab.
