Star questions with depending on the role or band presentation. You sit down in front of the panel individuals who ask questions. One person asks questions other two or one note your responses down. And then they swap.
Uncomfortable interview with 5 people which was overkill for the role. There were no tests or anything else - just the competency style questions. Apparently I was too relaxed and they would prefer someone more jittery.
