First there was an HR round during which I was asked the most common question "Tell me about yourself?" to which I replied very nicely as I have gained a good experience by facing interviews earlier. Then the HR gave me an A4 size paper and asked me to write on any topic as basically this test was to check my grammar. I wrote and made two silly mistakes to which I corrected myself during the interview with the Operations Manager. The interview with the Operations Manager was awesome. First of all he introduced himself and shared his experience till date. Then he explained me the job role and work pressure that I am going to handle. He's a very clever guy and threw me very tricky questions to which I replied in a tricky way. He was very much impressed by me. The interview lasted for around 40mins, basically the role of the Operations Manager in an interview is to check the stability of the candidate and I guess I satisfied him with my answers. Finally he asked me if there were any questions from my side to which i replied "Sir how was my overall interview? I want a feedback". And he said that my interview was good and that I would be facing the third and the final round and that's the online test. The online test consist of two papers, paper 1 consist of logical questions and paper 2 consist of behavioural question and I cleared both the exam. After the online test I was asked to go home and said that they would call me accordingly. The next day I got the call and was asked to send the scanned copy of all my academics related documents. And that's all from my interview process at NIIT.

consisted of 5 rounds : telephonic interview, cognitive ability test, interview with seniors two times, english test, personality test. the interview process was very smoothly conducted. the HR was very supportive during the whole process.
