Interview
Application and resume shortlisting, written test to test language, creativity and style of writing. Interview round was basically to test fit and a psychometric test. Interview was mainly focused on HR answers.
The interview process is comprehensive in which they evaluate both technical & soft skills. They ask general questions in Level 1 & more technical ones in level 2 which is generally a written test to test your written communication skills.

It was 10-15 min long. I was asked 7 questions in total. Initially he asked me about OSI model, 3 questions then 2 on web development and rest was about my resume.

I was asked very normal interview questions and it went very well. The problem is I was offered the job then never heard back after the offer. Very disappointing because they strung me along for a while.
