Interview
The process was very simple. I was called in within a day and met with the owner Mike, and he basically asked me what I was looking for and explained a little bit more about the position. After that Mike asked me if I would like to stay and do the second part of the interview that day with Zach, one of the leaders. He took me to Starbucks and bought me a drink and we sat there and just talked for the next 40 minutes. Of course he asked me the usual interview questions but it didn’t feel so formal and I was very comfortable! I was then hired later that evening and I am loving it, so far!
