Interview
There is a three part interviewing process. The first step is a preliminary interview where you sit down with the hiring manager one on one for 20-40 minutes. After that if everything goes well there is a job shadow. This is the best part about the interview because you get to see a typical day in the life of an account manager. You will shadow one of the senior account managers and they showed me how to make money and also explained how to move up in the company. After the full day interview, there is a final interview with the hiring manager in the evening. This is where a decision is made on whether or not you get the job.
Straight forward questions with normal things you’d see at any interview. It wasn’t difficult or easy. Just a normal job interview. A little sketchy though, something felt off about it.

What are some things you can bring to the job environment?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NLC (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied over a weekend through Craigslist and received an e-mail informing me NLC was interested in my resume on Monday. I was tied up an didn't have the chance to call in. Thankfully, a phone screening followed the next day with a few regular questions that any HR office would ask and at the end of the conversation the HR manager set up a in person interview at their office in San Francisco.
Arriving at the in person interview, I had to fill out a formal application form and a pre-interview questionnaire which did have some really good questions to answer regarding leadership/success/goals.
The office itself was up-kept and modern. The whole office seems very sports oriented and the HR team is extremely nice. They all seemed like they were having a great time so I figured they look happy doing what they do.
Following the first interview, I received a callback later that day and was invited in for a second interview which was a full day job shadow. I was most excited about this so I could see the job first hand and hear everything from someone that was in the position I intended stepping into.
The final evaluation is at the end of the job shadow and the manager either offers a position or not. (Be on your A game!) I was and I got the job!
