The interview was very robotic and impersonal. Even though I recently completed my psychology undergrad and am a clinical mental health counseling graduate student with a 4.0 GPA, the interviewer could not figure out how to translate that background into someone who would be good at selling an OCD therapy app. I tried to talk about this experience but she ignored me and just wanted to know about experience with sales metrics. The questions she asked were not helpful and very rigid.

-15 minute prescreening phone call with the department head -was very formal, started by describing the role and then asked 4 hard hitting questions so be prepared -the job itself is interesting, the hours are not Tues/Weds off but 12:30-9pm rest of the weekdays plus Sat/Sun 9:30-6PM not great, was told a hard salary of 50K, and it was a sales role
