Pretty smooth, and it mostly asked about your previous experience and your definition of feminism, and why, especially why you chose to intern at NOW. Love the working environment here, but sometimes it just lacks some organization.

Laidback. Communication by email, one interview round. Quick to reply and get back to you. Received an offer a week or so after the interview. Written application was much more intense than the intervew.
