I was applying to work remotely, so the interview was via video call. A friend of mine told me about the position and I sent them an email with my resume, I got approved for an interview so they sent me an email asking what day was good for the interview, i told them and the scheduled the meeting.

They asked me about my background in customer service and taking calls. They also asked me personal questions like, what do you do in your spare time? what's your favorite movie genre? My salary expectations, etc..
