NRG Media interview questions

I applied online and was contacted for an interview. From there I met with the Sales Director for the first interview and then with the Sales Director and General Manager for the second.

An initial meeting with several staff and other applicants, where the staff spoke about the company and what they liked about it. We had a chance to speak and then some of us were called back to a second interview two weeks later. For the second interview, I was taken into a room with the program controller who asked me about myself and why I wanted to work in the job. A personable and charming individual who obviously thought the same of me and gave me the opportunity. He was honest about remuneration and hours.
