Interview
There is an online test, containing questions from aptitude, java/C++, data structure, DBMS, OOP, etc. It's fairly easy it your basics are clear. The cutoff is usually quite high. 599 people applied 45 were selected.
The technical round is fairly rigorous. Know everything you mention in your CV.
