NTS Staffing interview questions

No interview taken as qualification & experience does not matter to them. Job offered on the very 1st call, offer letter was sent. It had $25000 fine for breaking the contract, 3 year commitment. Employer did negotiate and increase the pay, but he keeps on changing his words. Not at all reliable!! Job location was never disclosed! How do you expect someone who is relocating to a new state to accept your offer if you dont give them a location. Mileage offered was negligible for home health. Overtime pay was negligible compared to industry standards.
