first round was online, didnt ask much questions besides introducing yourself and finding out more about your past experiences second round was irl, had to go down to their office and theres a set of theory questions to complete within 20 mins (its calculations of concentrations, using no. of moles etc) and interviewing with both the ceo and another person from the r&d team
