The interview process has no consideration for the candidate. 1 out of the 7 round panel interviewers where prepared for the interviews and that person was the CEO.
The company is focused on fermentation, but utilizes custom fermenters that are currently not operational and no one knows how to fix them. That's a big red flag if the business model relies on Fermentation products
They sought a DSP & Fermentation Engineer to fix this issue, but due to the hiring manager's lack of communication with the parent company [Cibus], the parent company HR department shut down the deal with the candidate and recruiting firm in the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen
Worst of all... Nucelis updated/amended their website to avoid this issue (and possible liability) in the future but never reached back out to the candidate / completely 'ghosted' the candidate
