They do it over video call, and asked about how I would explain something basic to someone with no level.
They asked other personality questions as well and how I would be as a worker.

Interview
Phone calle followed by online interview and then a face to face interview. The recruiter was very nice and the interview was not difficult, It was pretty fast after I had applied
