Step 1 - Submit a motivation of why you want to join us and what you understand we do, look at our website (www.naba.co.za) and Linkedin.
Step 2 - If you are successful then we will request for your CV.
Step 3 - If we like your CV and if you look like a lekker person then we will invite you for round 1 interview.
Step 4 - Technical interview regarding building maintenance, alterations and renovations and the Engineering + PM aspect thereof. We will discuss the company to ensure that you understand how we operate and what our culture and just cause is.
Step 5 - If you were successful after step 4 then you will have an interview with all shareholders for final evaluation.
Step 6 - If all parties are happy and the final conclusion is that you are a lekker person, that has the technical knowledge and passion to join our team then we will make you an offer that you can hopefully not refuse.
