I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Namma Yatri (Rājpura, Punjab) in Jul 2026
Interview
It was a campus drive. Initially there where 600 student. I cleared 1st OA with 3 dsa questions. Then 2nd OA with tree of space question. Then an online interview which asked about my projects, previous Question approach and other cd questions. Keep in mind from round 2 onwards everything will be about the that code. Then comed hackathon part B where I had to optimal the code and make it thread safe. Without using any pre build libraries. No locks no mutex and still make it thread safe. You'll be assigned a mentor throughout, they'll guide you but only you have to get to the final solution. I cleared the hackathon part b too, it lasted around 7 hours. Then almost immediately i had to appear for system design interview. There he asked me alot of questions some from threads some about rate limiting. The final result hasn't been declared but only one candidate among the 5 who gave systems round moved to the cultural round. This was by far the hardest interview I have given and will give. Prepare your best.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Namma Yatri (Bengaluru) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process at Namma Yatri began with an online assessment consisting of three graph-based problems, testing core concepts like traversal and optimization. This was followed by a second test of 300 marks that included one tree-based question along with a threading-related problem, evaluating both data structures and system-level understanding. After clearing these rounds, a screening interview was conducted where the interviewer asked a DSA problem and also focused on the approach and techniques used in solving the earlier tree question, emphasizing clarity of thought and problem-solving strategy. This led to a technical interview that further assessed coding skills, logical reasoning, and depth in concepts. Finally, an HR interview was conducted to evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, and overall motivation for the role.

Interview
The interview process was lengthy and challenging, involving multiple rounds including DSA coding tests, hackathons, and technical interviews. Focus was on problem-solving, system design, and core CS concepts. Overall experience was positive but demanding and required strong fundamentals.
