I was contacted by a recruiter, and two weeks later received an email from the store manager. The interview was very quick and simply. The questions were typical. My degree is in hospitality, and I have almost a decade experience in customer service. I was not even given a call or email after the interview. No update or anything. Pretty poor reflection on this company's values.
