The interviews were conducted via phone call only. I had two phone interviews and was then offered the position shortly after. There was a decent amount of difficultly scheduling the interviews, as they were re-scheduled several times. However, the employees were busy due to the upcoming fashion week. Overall, good interview experience. I was surprised I was not brought in for a face-to-face interview though.
