      Solutions Engineer Interview

      Sep 25, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nanonets (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2024

      Interview

This was one of the weirdest interviews I've ever had. The first interview was a technical evaluation. They had recruited me and I barely had a grasp on what the role would be. I was asked to share my screen and log in to my Google account. The ask was that I would write a python script to integrate with their API, but the whole thing was so stressful and unexpected. I felt like my privacy had been invaded by having to share my personal Google Drive account live without any prep. I withdrew from their interview process and cannot say I regret it.
