The interview process was very straight forward, easy and transparent. It's a large corporation so the paperwork was intense after the interview process, but having that structure was worth the paperwork.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at National Amusements (New York, NY)
Interview
It was really simple. They asked a few questions about availibility and other questions about myself regarding school. You don’t have to dress up for the interview and it was very simple.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at National Amusements (Revere, MA)
Interview
Really basic interview. I was 16 and unsure of myself, but they hired me anyway. They often seek young workers who are energetic and willing to do anything, as they don't pay very much and often the work conditions are not ideal. They usually cross-train people for multiple positions if they like you and are flexible with work schedule if you have another job or are in school.
