It was a brief and seamless process. I had an initial phone screening and then an in-person interview at the office with the President. I was asked basic questions about my background and experience in addition to what I could bring to the role and why I was interested in the area of work.

Requested cover letter, references, resume and two writing samples. Contacted for a telephone interview for fellowship position.
