Interview
Interview with Training Manager - Was quick no HR, No owners. Did the interview and got the job. The position however was not entirely accurate to what I interviewed for.
A few phone calls, and relatively basic high level questions. The process was over the phone, and involved speaking with multiple managers spread over multiple phone calls. I would say the process was relatively easy.

Interview
First part of interview is on the computer. You have to take the 16personality test and then "respond" to email complaints. After that you're taken to the interview. I was interviewed by two people and was asked pretty common interview questions of how my experience would relate to the position etc etc.
