First, personally submit your application papers (cover letter, resume, transcript of record, diploma, training certificates, CSC eligibility certificate) to the Administrative Officer. If qualified, the AO will call you for the schedule of the proficiency exam. Again, if qualified, you will proceed to the Panel Interview.
