I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Food Group
Interview
Recruiter contacted me and set up phone interview. In person interview was set up for the following week. Interviewed with someone from HR and an executive. Lasted about 40 minutes and basically went through my resume. Questions weren't that difficult. HR person had distracting facial expressions. I'm not a super confident person, but left feeling like it went well. I was turned down due to the fact that I didn't fit the company's culture. I know other people who have applied for positions here and they also have been turned down. They are extremely picky and come across like you are doing them a favor by applying for a job with them. I almost feel like the "fun" atmosphere they try to push is a cover for the horrible work you would have to do.
