Interview
4 stages as described on the website. The video interview involves 3 questions with about 2 minutes to prepare and 6 minutes to record a 2-minute answer. And afterwards will reach to half-day virtual assessment centre with 3 assessments (written, group discussion, presentation) and eventually an interview with the council.

6 minutes per question: 2 minutes answering time, one opportunity to re-watch and re-record (optionally). 3 questions + 2 practice questions at the start. You will be filmed but only the audio will be evaluated.
