      I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at National Gypsum in Nov 2025

      The same day that I submitted my application on Glassdoor, I got emailed by the company recruiter with a request to schedule a phone interview and instructions to apply directly on their company website. I had the phone interview three days later and I thought it went well. I even got a follow-up email from the recruiter with details on their benefits packages. I got the impression on the phone that I would hear back from someone within about a week. However, I've waited for 11 days with no response after emailing the recruiter with additional updates/information. They responded to my other emails within one business day, so I guess I've been ghosted.
